Warranty
We guarantee the purchaser for a period of two (2) years that our new solar street lighting systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will, at our option, repair or replace any system that is defective for a minimum of two (2) years after the date of purchase.

We offer detailed instructions and videos for the installation of solar street lighting. Besides, we can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in the initial period for large projects exceeding 100 poles.

Maintenance Schedule
Our solar street lights are designed to be essentially maintenance-free. In regions with heavy dust, snow, or extreme dry weather, follow this schedule:
Every Week: Inspect systems to ensure all lights are working. If any light is unlit, perform analysis and repairs.
Every Two Months: Inspect and clean solar panels covered with dust or sand using a brush on a long pole. Avoid damaging the panels.
Every 5 to 7 Years: Replace the solar street light batteries if the voltages drop below normal levels.
