What is the default packaging design for container shipping?
The modules are packaged using a standardized configuration consisting of 36 pieces per pallet, 72 pieces per stack, and a total capacity of 720 pieces within a single 40'HQ shipping container to guarantee secure transit.
How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
Delivery lead times depend on total order volume: orders up to 100kW take approximately 5 days, orders between 100kW and 1MW take 7 days, and larger orders up to 10MW take 11 days.
What payment methods and trade terms are supported?
We accept T/T payments under EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF terms. For orders utilizing EXW/FOB, a 30% advance deposit is required with the balance paid before shipment. For CNF/CIF, the balance is payable against a copy of the B/L. Western Union is supported for orders below 5,000 USD.
